My first post. Always looking to improve and am already impressed by the work I've seen here.
This was taken on a grey overcast day shooting from the car. Nikon D300s, 300mm f4 + 1.7 TC (ISO 640, f7.1, 1/1000 sec.)

Ok, I obviously did something wrong. I clicked 'Insert Image' and it asked for a URL, so I pasted a link to the image on Flickr. This time I navigated to the file on my hard drive and pasted the path. Hopefully that works. I appreciate your patience will I figure this out.

Hi Jeff,
You cannot link to a file on your computer, you need to link directly to the JPEG file on flickr. If you wish to upload to BPN server you need to become a member

Welcome to BPN Jeff, and looks like you finally figured it out! I merged the posts so your image would appear on the first pane of the thread. Beautiful wintry image of this beautiful species. I am digging the habitat and pose with a perfect head angle. You could lighten the subject a tad.
Hoping to see more!
