Nice and sharp and good IQ, I am not thrilled with the white BG at the bottom.

Love it! You've got good lighting from the front but even so there's a light tint at the bottom of the wings (back lighting). Just coincidence?

This is very cool, in particular I like the position of the feet and the somewhat uncertain expression in his look as if he is going to crash land! I wish the shoreline had not interested with him but it's minor. BG shows some small amounts of noise, applying selective NR should clean it up

    TFS, great image

Very nice. The pelican has a 3D look about him. Good incoming pose .

I did apply NR to BG initially, but the web sharpening action I use counters that and I forgot to clean it up afterwards by painting a mask. Good eye! thanks!

Interesting and different "pose." Good catch, well executed. I think the fringing on the bottom edge of the wings is just the way the ends of feathers commonly are -- sort of like split ends?? (You guys won't know what that is...)

I wonder if it's possible to darken and color the light water a little? Or maybe just add a subtle gradient darkening from the bottom.
