    Hi William, this shows of the difference in colours of the two sexes nicely, and I do like the large falling droplet. Comp wise, I would move both ducks over to the left of the frame a touch more, giving them slightly more space on the right. The male looks oversharpened, and it looks like you applied sharpening to the overall image - the BG looks fairly noisy for ISO 400.

    William I recognise this issue, I would suggest crop slightly less and the noise will be a little less apparent. As Stu indicates I think a little less sharpening and applied selectively will improve. Did you give + exposure or not?
