Hi Ritesh - always nice to see a tiger shot and I love the pose in the water with the tail up and curved. There's a red cast, particularly visible in the whites so I would drop the reds. I would also tame the highlights in the water. Here's a rp doing both of those, opening up the midtones very slightly to get a little more detail and then giving it a small contrast boost through curves too. There's what looks like a sharpening halo around the tail and along the back.

Lovely pose and setting! Rachel's repost has added some needed depth of tone, your OP looked to me like it suffered from an overcooked shadows/highlights adjustment, Ritesh .
I'd still tone overall highlights down in the repost.

I never thought the word dainty would come to mind when viewing a tigress, until now.

My thoughts echo Morkel's regarding the shadow/highlights as that was one of the first things that caught my eye. Rachel has started working this in the right direction although I think a visit to the RAW file might be in order to try and balance the detail a little better. Not sure if the scene is also a little saturated?

    Hi Ritesh,

always nice to see a Tiger. I think you got some good suggestions above. I would revisit the RAW and apply them from start up, if possible.

    Have a great week

    Ciao

    Hi Ritesh,
really nice tiger shot with the curled tail and the look up.
I would start again from RAW , cause there are some issues already mentioned , plus i would reduce saturation and watch for sharpening halos.

You captured a nice, different pose of the tiger, with the stretched out body and curled tail. I have been to Tadoba for tigers and I know this lake. You had a very nice sighting. Good suggestions from above.
