Siberian Stonechat - Saxicola maurus.
Photographed late afternoon last October. I found a group of about 12 birds around local rice fields which were making their way south to wintering grounds. This female was particularly obliging.
Shooting info - 60D, 500F4 II + 1.4EXT, tripod, F5.6, SS 1/200, ISO 800, manual exp & focus.

Why grandma what big eyes you have. I enjoy the subtle colours and straw perch. Sharpening is a little overdone for me. Overall a fine image.

Cute bird, nice BG, awesome perch...I like the bits of feathers stuck to it. I do wish the faint oof element skimming the belly was not there, and I'd run some NR to the background.
