A lovely composition and effective pale palette. I especially like the shapes of the palm trees, their arrangement in the image and that they fade back into the fog. And on a fussy note, I would prefer that the barely visible bench on the right side not be there at all.
I'm intrigued by the curving water line. Did you add a rectangle of Flood to the bottom that meets water that was already there, or did you mask it? Either way, I like it. The fog adds a great quality to a composition that was already good. I agree with Nancy about the bench, though.
