I like the inquisitive pose.
A bit big in the frame for my tastes but that is a personal preference.
I would adjust the levels on this image, bringing the highlights down a bit.
Very nice IQ with lots of detail in the feathers. Beautiful eye as well.
Maybe the bird is a bit oversharpened but will see what others say,

Nice shot of a new species for me. I love the many details and colors. The BG-color fits wonderful to the bird.
