    A biggish crop

    I am experimenting with outomatic ISO on the D700 - not sure yet about letting the camera go beyond 1200! Input on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Nice image, take it of auto ISO and experiment. This camera can handle more than 1200 ISO.....push it...........

    The quality is lacking a little bit due to the large crop and I wish the bird weren't flying away. Love seeing that extended wing and your exposure looks good. Good for you for getting out and experimenting with your equipment!!!
