Three days of snow brought thrushes to ground feeding. Their ethereal calls echo between muted snow mounds.

Great species to get in the snow and the ice on the back is really nice.
The weather comes across well, not easy to do.
    I like it.

Nice pose and excellent detail ... falling snow kicks it up a notch for me.

Might tone down the brightest part of that clump of snow behind the bird.

Beautiful Thrush, I like the ice on the back and those vibrant colors, grand job.

Brilliant capture of this beautiful Thrush Douglas. Love the snowfall and collecting flakes on bird.

Neat pose, falling snow, perch. The snow at bottom acting as a reflector nicely lit below the thrush. For me the eye looks a little too "glassy", I'd likely work on it a tad to tame the highlights in there. I also see a processing artefact near the red twigs on the branch.

Lovely color contrasting with the soft BG. Great to catch the snow on the bird and falling.
