I did not see the first one but this one looks pretty nice.

This needs sharpened unless it is a very large crop.
Nice details though and I like the BG a lot. I would smooth it out a bit.

The flight pose is not the most attractive but interesting with a good angle. Could use a little more sharpening on the eagle and would try to soften the BG a tad.
