    Gorgeous wood pecker on a great perch. Exposure and details are superb. Like your choice of DOF. Wish the head was turned just a bit towards us, but very nice as is.

    I like how you have kept the moss on the Tree/Perch in focus along with the bird. Very nice subject. Great exposure nice catchlight in the eye.

    Hi Douglas, well exposed on all the colours, especially the blacks. Love the moss covered 'perch' and your comp works well. Another vote for having a better HA.

    Beautiful bird, perch, background, exposure. I love everything about it except wish for a slight head turn.
