Love the heart shape formed by the beaks. The texture of the feathers came out really well. I am just wondering what the black coil it at the top of the chest is on the right heron.

I love the heart shape, a good series of images. I might have given the image a slight CW rotation. Thanks for sharing these.

I, too, like the heart shape created by the Herons. And, the way they seem to be gazing lovingly into each other's eyes.

What processing did you do? It is helpful to describe processing so we can learn from you.

The feather details are lovely. I like how the feathers of one seem to embrace the other Heron.

I agree about a slight CW rotation. I would clone out that black shape coming out of the head of the Heron on the right. Can you get details in the dark area between the Herons? I think it is part of the wing, but seems to blend into something dark in the bg.
    Thanks for sharing.
