    Killer capture Arash. The wing position dose not much better and I like her forward stare. Beautiful feather detail and BG colors. Very nice!! Was this from last winter?

    Arash, killer shot here. I have many opportunities to try to catch "my kestrel" in flight like this, but have not been able to do so. Your reflex and skills are phenomenal! Love the wing position and the BG goes so well with her. Sorry to hear that you have not seen her this winter. TFS. Loi

    Awesome image Arash! Love the wing-down pose, HA, sharpness, light and the clean BG so characteristic of your images.

    Arash;

    Perfect full downstroke pose, like the slight angle towards us, sharp, exposure, and complimentary bg.

    Nicely done.

    Cheers

    I agree with the rave reviews above. This is a stunning image. I hope that one day I might be able to get a Kestrel shot that good.
    What is your intended output for the image? If it is for web display I think it is fine as is.
    However if you intend to print this on fine art paper I suspect that the print would be too dark.
    Since I print a lot I'm always thinking about optimizing images to print well. To help do that I've calibrated my monitors to have reduced luminance and contrast so that they more closely display what a print will look like.
    I've attached the file in a way that I think would print better.

    Another stunner, Arash. Not disliking the RP...maybe somewhere between the 2.

    Very nice image as usual. I have to admit that the repost makes a lot of sense at least to my eye. Those patterns on the wing are so stricking.

    Thanks everyone for the nice comments,

    Thanks to Henry for repost. you're right, it will come out a bit dark if printed. For prints I usually increase brightness by 30-40% (semigloss paper) and then print
