A nice flight pose, I love the texture/colors in the background. Also I like the visible tail feathers. To my eye the snow on the perch is too large and bold and competes with the bird. yet a very nice capture.

    Hi Frank

Another fantastic image. Lost of detail in the bird and and the head is nice and sharp. I also like the snow that have been kicked up as the bird takes off.
I agree the post is a little distracting being so bright.

Frank, I have not seen all of your images but this surely ranks right up there with the very best. I love the pose. I am fine with the snow on the perch. And the sharpness is superb. I love, love, love this one. Did I mention the soft light and the perfect EXP?

Great shot frank! Good wing position and HA and the exposure and detail looks great. Very nice. Did you front focus or was the camera on servo?

Quite a spectacular take-off image, Frank. Love the remnant of the meal on the back. Beautiful light and image quality.

Nice image. Love the starting pose and all the sharp details. Perch and snow looks fine for me. Well done, Frank.

This may be one of your best images, Frank. Your raptor just POPS right off of the screen. I love the wing position and the bits of snow lagging behind from the take off. The grey BG really worked to your advantage and shows off your whites very nicely.
