Solid image.
Light a bit harsh but not a deal breaker.
I might sharpen the head a bit more. It looks like critical focus was on the shoulder.
You have a nice BG as well.

Hi Joseph, I love this species and have almost nothing on it even after visiting spots that have them at...lucky you! Gail's got it covered, but I would add that boosting the saturation on the bird itself just a tad would be good too.
