    I know the bird isn't looking at the viewer but I really like this nonetheless. The background, while busy seems to work well here. Very nice behavioral shot. I'm curious to see what others think of the placement of the bird in the frame. LLC seems an odd placement but given the pose on the bird I think it's OK.

    I like the crop and the pose, even though there's no eye contact to speak of. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the light branch running through the back of it's head.
