Stonechat (F)

Usually when you see the male stonechat there isn't a female far away and sure enough here she is, I posted the male last week, this female is on washed up grass after a particularly high tide.

Nice one Jon. Good to see on a different perch too. Funny how much food is available on beaches for many species. As I said before all ours here are festooned with coloured rings.
