Beautiful scene Morkel, I saw your B & W version as well and I liked this equally if not more. The green contrasts so well with the over cast dark clouds and the WBs' 'pop' from the landscape. I wonder why did you use f/5.6?

Hi Morkel - I also like the wide scene (and the musical reference). I think I prefer the monochrome. I took this into PS and I think slightly dropping the blues and cyans creates a more dramatic sky.

I really like the crepuscular rays & the wildes' movement. Rachel may be on to something re. reducing the blue & cyan. I do prefer the color version. TFS.

This is great - I think I would just lighten the ground, the WBs and the vegetation as, to me, it looks a little dark for the weather conditions and the sky.....

Hi Morkel, I really like the beams of light, it really makes the moment, likewise the running WB, but agree on the saturation and darkness in the FG.

I Love the light Morkel. The rays through the clouds are super and the light on the base of the hills in the BG too.

Easy to see why this made your "best of". The shafts of sunlight are really wonderful, and coupled with the variety of running positions of the animals, the whole scene feels alive and present.

Minor tweaks will make this even better. It is a beautiful image. Nicely done, Morkel.
