Blue Tit in Willow
Taken hrough the window again. The bird is heavily lit from the right, and the nice effect is the light on the front which is reflected off the white house wall
Don't get out and about so much these days so I will concentrate on blue tits in the garden and little l brown jobs. Had the first Redpolls in today

Nearly full frame. bit of blurred tit in background removed.
An alternative crop would be to take off the right willow twig . See what peeps think. Thanks for your comments on my last post

Really nice image, I like this one a lot. Very nice sharpness and details on this little bird and the willows really frame it nicely. Your house makes a great reflector, excellent exposure all around. Suppose you could take out that right branch as it would also move the bird a little more off center, but I don't mind it just as is.
Thanks John
I watched a thing on Tele last night where the film dirctor John Gorman used big sheets of white polystyrene. Be easier to carry around than the house I suppose !!

Love the ***** willows and red contrasting branches. I would remove the lower rt branch and the eye gloss is a little disconcerting. The blue on top of head has good detail and contrast with white leaves me with a wish to capture these colours into my portfolio. Fine job
Very nice but for the blown out yellows where the sun hit the neck.... I love the ***** willows (if that is what they are) :)

Very nice shot, Johnny. I love the way the willow buds almost mimic the bird's head. I could go either way on the crop, although I think I'm leaning toward the OP. Some eye doctor work might improve it.
