First one for me Richard. Bird IQ and positioning spot on. I would have preferred a tiny bit of something in the backdrop but thats just a personal quirk of mine, I forgotto mention that. I know its not always posible. Presume this is courtship feeding.
    Great shot.

Richard I go for the second one think it shows the IQ better, I like the interaction between the birds all set on a nice clean bg,prey item is icing on the cake, great shot.

The first one for me too. The poses are perfect and the birds are unique and not seen often. Nice to see the centipede being offered to its mate.
Yes the IQ isnt as good as the second one but the poses are better IMO. Maybe a little more sharpening. Nice work.

I like the interaction, prey and clean BG. I would choose the OP as well. Nice image Richard!

I prefer the pose on the OP but wish it was sharper. Love the behavior it portrays.
Good eye level view and smooth BG. I love any picture that has 2 sharp birds in it!
The noise looks pretty good for the 7D,

Well done for two birds and a limited DOF. Exposure is perfect.

The first image is my favorite and comp works very nicely. Super behavior captured. I am seeing a green cast which I just removed in PS and the image popped even more after being removed. If you look at the white feathers, you will see that they have some green hues in them.
