    Default Great Cormorant Posse

    Hi everyone,

Here`s one of a great cormorant made in a close by reserve. Would love to hear your thoughts and critiques.

Well composed, good detail I would suggest lowering the highlights a little bit and then perhaps a broad USM on the bill and eye to increase contrast a little before final sharpening.

I like the curves in the neck, exposure, HA, DOF and sharpness. Nice image Luis.

Good eye contact and DOF. Sharpness seems a bit much, and I might consider a crop that's less squarish.

Thanks Doug, you made me think twice about the crop format. Do you think the square format might hurt the cormorant`s posse?
