New Member Hello!

Greetings!

Long time bird lover & amateur photographer, new member. I'm currently using Canon SX40 & Canon SX50 point-and-shoot cameras to photograph the wonderful variety of birds in the Central Coast of California. My favorite style of bird photography is portrait and my generous zoom cameras allow me to easily fill the frame with their beautiful images. I'm also so fortunate that the majority of the birds I photograph graciously allow me to be so close to them. What a thrill and honor that is! I hope you enjoy my photos!
