    Hi Sanjeev.

    I like the nice sharp subject and the clean background. I would maybe crop a bit from the left to move the subject more off centre. The birds foot also looks like it is not part of the bird but there is probably nothing that can be done about that.

    I like the matching tones and colours of the subject and perch. Nice light. A better head angle would have given more impact to the image and I agree an alternate crop would work too (some off bottom and left))

    Sanjeev the birds foot does look a bit odd but you can't do a lot about that, perhaps just a little tighter crop ,smashing neat and sharp little bird.
