My guess is probably Rufous, but I wouldn't bet a certain part of my anatomy on that.
I think the shape and the amount of rufous in the tail can keep it in Rufous/Allen's. I think Broad-tailed would have less rufous coloration in the tail, and Calliope would have almost none plus I'd expect the shape to be chubbier.
To separate Rufous and Allen's, you'd have to have a really clear shot of the spread tail.
