    Well done, Sanjeev. The bird is nicely photographed. You didn't mention if you cropped the image. If you have not, you may consider adding canvas to the left which would place the bird more favorably in the frame. This could create a pano possibility for you.

    Placing the bird higher in the frame (cropping off a bit from top) would help the comp. I like the head tilted down but would have preferred a full up or down wing stroke. Details, colours, and processing all look good.

    I like the way the bill stands out against the far wing. Good sharpness. I agree with the suggestions above about a tighter crop.
