There are quite a few different species of birds that fly over the Milnerton lagoon in the early morning. I saw this guy fairly late, and this was the best wing position.

Nice colors and sheen on those feathers. Nice sharpness and I like your bird placement. The hint of clouds adds interest to the sky bg.
A slight head turn and a better wing position on the far wing is all I would wish for but certainly no deal breaker.

Very nice shot, I like the wing position and colors very much. Nice and sharp. I only wish clouds were more apparent in the BG, I think that would take this one over the top. Well, one more wish: I wish this bird was in my area also!

Tough to get the exposure right on these guys, but you nailed it. Lovely wing detail.

Lovely timing and exposure - is it me or is there a slight "edginess" to the image - perhaps it is the high contrast but there appears to be a little jaggedness??

I like the wing position, exposure, colours on the Ibis and composition. I too am seeing the jaggedness. Nice image Stuart.

This bird is so colorful. I thought he is only brown. Wonderful flight shot. Perfekt exposure and the details are great.
