    1DX 400 f/5.6 f/7.1 1/3200sec ISO 2000 handheld. owl was attracted by bait.

    The topside view really shows the feather patterns well. The IQ is top notch as usual. The only thing I might do is put the owl a little higher in the frame but beautiful as presented.

    What a kick butt flight shot, Arash. Glad you and Daniel did so well with this gorgeous owl. I understand the light was low when this was shot, but I would remove even more of the blue cast if it were mine, at least on the owl.

    its a fantastic image, the top view is always special with birds and the snowy top view is super special, love it all the way

    Absolutely beautiful details on the back of this owl. I love the wing position and . . . oh heck, I just really love this entire series.

    I like the pose as it looks like she is about to dive down. The side profile HA looks good too. Detail and exposure look great and I like the comp you chose. Well done Arash

    Awesome image sir. I think you have really covered several of the dynamic poses possible with this scenario quite well. This particular pose leaves me guessing,...I wonder if the bird took off then elevated and banked back towards the mouse, or if it was just coming down from an elevated perch? Regardless, it's stunning and powerful.
