    Don't see these guys too often as they are just transients in my area. I'm not too crazy about the OOF grass near the bottom of the image. I think cloning the one blade going through the wing might be a bit too complicated.

    Hi Greg,

    Very nice alert head pose and lovely angle. The FG does not bother me as much as the yellow flowers in the BG which I think is a huge distraction and they can be easily removed. I would also clone out the two dark spots in the FG.

    Keep them coming!

    Hi Greg I like the image a lot !!! Excellent feel LIke the saturation very much !! Head angle is perfect and great feather color/detail. Would have tried moving a little to keep the oof yellow from merging with bird's head. Don't mind the two spots they sort of add to the image. Excellent !!!

    I'm with Maxis on this one Greg. The bird itself is nicely photographed though.

    Nice job on the bird, Greg. Sharp, good composition, and nice low viewing angle. I think the image could go a little lighter. I'm not a fan of the two flowers.
