Frst time seeing a Barred Owl walking on an oak tree. The call was used to get the owl in and started to move to the lower half of the oak tree. It was windy and cloudy. I was only able to capture two frames of this pose and then it paused and was concentrating on the ground.

Fun pose and having the head and right foot sharp help to anchor the image. Love the poofy feathers and the fact that he is walking down the trunk. This reminds me of Mr. Crazy a few years go when he walked all the way down a tree limb just liked this and stuck his beak in the speaker.

Great and different pose. I like it. The leaf mentioned is cool too.
