Another Northern Pintail flight shot from Brigantine. A bit larger crop than my last two posts, and neither a full up nor full down wing position, but I liked the colors in the secondaries and coverts on this one. C&C always appreciated.

    Nice Pose captured here Bill
I like the colours, the 1/2500 is surely what made that freeze
We get these as winter visitors to our parts but very difficult to approach and make any decent flight image

Hey Bill, Love, love, love the detail on the dorsal surface of the near-wing and the splayed tail. Love the green speculum. Bummer that the bird is looking to his right... Sharp with a perfect EXP.

Excellent Pintail Bill. Just in the right position too. Maybe up to monitors again but looks a teeny bit pale on mine. No big deal Could be my dirty glasses. Yes it is !! Just cleaned them !!
Like the back ground with just enough detail to pin down a habitat. Not too keen on these plain backdrops which seem all the rage these days.

Super job on this one Bill. Pintail detail is terrific and oof background still gives good sense of place. Really like the duck's placement in the image, too bad that as luck would have it he wasn't looking just a tad right.

I really like it Bill. The Back ground sets it off so well. Really nice sharpness and exposure, a wonderful image.
