Hi Sanjeev, I would just drop the exposure on the foliage both in the FG & BKG via LR filter, just creates a bit more depth. I like the way the FG foliage tapers right to left, nice. Watch the very tail doesn't clog in the dark, shadow areas, likewise just open the eye a fraction. Any frames with the 'claw' more forward & visible, not ideal with the head in front, but can see where you are going. With a couple of 'tweaks' (love that word as you know) it will take the image up a couple of notches and would take you less than three minutes to do.
I think you like the gear combo.

You don't give your processing, which is as important as the shooting specs for critique. The contrast is high here, due to the light, and it would be interesting to see what the Shadows and Highlights adjustment sliders can do, if you are using ACR 7 or LR 4 or later.
