Painted Stork-Juvenile

This was photographed at the famed BHARATPUR bird sanctuary, Rajasthan, India during my visit in December 2013. Its an amazing place with thousands for nesting storks and plenty of other migratory birds.
This image was taken with the 5D3+500 II+1.4X TC III.

Nice pose, and good sharpness. I just wish the wing weren't casting a shadow back onto it's body.

Nice pose and I like the inclusion of the habitat in the image. I do wish you could have gotten some detail under the wings but considering the lighting I thin you did a good job controlling tonalities as is.

Nice composition. I would try to bring up the shadows, as it looks like there's a fair amount of detail hiding in those darks.
