You've nailed the exposure and the pose, Jim. I can see Mike's point about adding more to the bottom, but I suspect that would have introduced more of the much that's beginning to show below? This is a gorgeous species and you've captured it well.

Sharp with a perfect head angle. The bit of mud at the bottom detracts a bit for me. And yes to a bit too tight below. EXP right on.

Perfect exposure, details, head angle. Not fond of the stuff along the bottom edge. A fun species to photograph eh!

As good as exposure gets for a bird of this type which in turn has rendered killer feather detail. Love the eye set against the dark face. Very nice Jim
