    Another image from Santa Fe, New Mexico. Pretty much out of the camera except for levels and a little tonal contrast.

    This has a wonderful contrasts -- in tone, angles, and sharpness. In addition to its visual appeal, it's an attention-getter because we (at least most of us, I imagine) have to wonder what it is. I wonder how many people -- whether visitors or residents -- have seen it at all, let alone recognized its beauty.

    Good seeing! I think I'd be tempted to crop from the bottom to get rid of the rectangular area in the corner, but I'm not really sure if that is better.

    Wonderful shadow captured on the adobe! Great muted colors & subtle texture. I really like the strong contrast of the diagonals with the blurred edges.

    Thanks, Dennis, Diane, Nancy and Jackie Diane - I tried alternative crops and this one worked the best for me. I'm not sure why but I like that extra lighter area at the bottom.
