    Default Tripods comparison...which one?

    Hi all,

This is my first post after my introduction thread, so wanted to have something to start with, and hope to have answers and help if possible.

I want to know how do you compare top lines tripods, say CF from Gitzo and RRS and Manfrotto, let's say i only look for the comparison between Gitzo and RRS CF tripods, which one do you prefer or recommend?

Say if you will use the same series from both, and i am not looking for specific features such as lightweight or cheaper or taller tripod, just comparison according to design, durability and quick use or performance.

I have a Feistol, and use it hard! I also own a Induro and that one also see a lot of action, and then I also own a manfrotto, probably among the best if you pick one with few leg sections.
All of the above have been used with canon big heavy cameras and bodies and no wrinckles so far! why spend more money when you can get a good tripod for less money?

Well, some photographers or shooters pay more thinking the more is better or expensive gear is top notch, and for some points it can be true, i spend a lot and never regret and still working flawlessly.

I have Gitzo tripods and very happy with it, just wanted to know what is that RRS can give over Gitzo, i can 6 tripods and all can be tough steady and on different price range, this is not the point, the point is what is the difference in performances or features, maybe that will put each tripod in its place.
