    Default 2-Way Flock Blur

    This Snow Geese 2-flock blur image was created at 10:28am on the December 1, 2013 on the Bosque del Apache IPT with the Gitzo 3532 LS carbon fiber tripod, the Mongoose M3.6 head, the Canon EF 200-400mm f/4L IS USM Lens with Internal 1.4x Extender (at 200mm) and the Canon EOS-1D X. ISO 50. Evaluative metering +2 stops off the white sky: 1/30 sec. at f/11 in Manual Mode. Color temperature 7000K.

    I love the creativity!
    This one doesn't do much for me but I think you should continue the work you've been doing on this series.
    I'm trying to relate it to something I know...it's almost like calligraphy, but it isn't.
    Almost like an abstract expressionist painting, but it isn't.
    Perhaps if you abstracted it further?

    I like the two way flow and how closer Geese take up the upper two thirds of the frame but prefer the image you posted on December 11th with the mountain BG which was a real beauty! Nice image Arthur.

    Right off the back I like that fact that this image is unique and thought provoking. Agree with Jim that your previous blurs were far superior to this one but also completely different. Agree with Henry that you are on your way to something, but this one doesn't quite work for me. Do keep playing. I am enjoying the results.

    Interesting Image. The two color palate works well.
    One can sense the direction of flight of the two swarms.

    I prefer the version 1, it seems more pleasing to my eyes.
