New to site

Been checking this site out for a little while, came upon it while doing a search. Looks to be a great way to learn and experience this great hobby. I have been doing photography for many years. I am now ready to step up to the next level and try my hand at bird photography. I do not have everything I need yet , but feel I have a way to get started, with my Nikon D7k, a 300 afs nikon f4 lens and a 1.4 tele converter. Looking forward to giving it a try.
