    I like the low angle and details, a bit more head turn towards us would have been ideal!

    Good exposure Jim, and I like the horizontal reflections as well. We must have been at Ft. DeSoto at about the same time.

    Arash I am okay with the HA because the Egret was intent on hunting.
    John I saw one guy with Nikon gear getting images of the Reddish Egret maybe that was you.

    Sweeet light and a lovely reflection. Love the lines reflected on the bird. I like your comp choice and your shooting angle. HA mentioned. Very nice image Jim.

    Nice bird, nice rich colors, nice reflection, and very sharp. If you had taken one large step to your left to parallel the subject the head angle problem would not be an issue....
