    Deadacurate colours on this Jon. One of my favourite birds when the light is right.
    I wonder about the branch on the left. Maybe a teeny bit dominant but also maybe a bit awkward to reduce. Just my opinion. Any more canvas onthe right ?

    Wonderful shot in best light. Love the colours and details. The perch with the lichen ist great.

    I think removing the yellow twig on the left was a good idea but I reckon there is a lot of empty space on the right.

    The rework of this image is a significant improvement to focus attention on the bird. I would suggest a pano crop best suited for this work with half the distance from the eye to the top of the frame removed in the first rework. A little more canvas on the bottom of the image would be helpful as well. I would not take anything from the right with the orange tree as placed. A slight more canvas on the left too much to ask for? Was a very slight darkening of white undertail feathers considered? Gorgeous image.

    Removing the yellow twig on the left was a good idea. But it is to many empty space on the right.
    I would try to remove the twig in the OP as you have done in the repost.

    Magnificent image, Jonathan. Re post is extremely beautiful, lovely colors on lovely bird. Superb BG ,nice perch and composition.
