Good head angle and techs with fine feather detail. The diagonal line of the perch is effective. I find the bright green and blue bg distracting; particularly, the leaf transecting the birds head. Maneuvering for a more homogeneous bg would have been helpful.

Nice pose, details and colors. Would try vertical composition,where I could reduce the impact of too much greens.
