Hey Sameer...yeah, this is the one! Your first image was pretty good, but
this one is sooooooooooooooo much better! You have a lot of action going
on in this one.
I like the fact that the pelican behind the one taking off isn't obstructed, you
can see the full head and most of the wing.
And that one coming in? It has me wondering where he ends up landing.
This is a really fun image to look at, a lot going on here. I like this image much better than your last post. Tough light and you've held down the exposure to help hold the whites, but this could really use a curves layer pulled way down to brighten up everything but the very brightest whites. Then some shadow/highlight and/or Nik DE to pull some detail out of the shadows. Really good action capture, I like it.
This image tells a delightful story, and how great that you were able to get all of the pelicans in the frame. I do like this one better than the last. This one is well balanced. I like the splash, and the open beak on the pelican in the lower right. There are a lot of elements to examine in this one and enjoy.
Thank you Doug West for appreciating the action going on in my picture! Thank you John Rowell for your kind words and pointers for doing it right! Thank you Marina Scarr for appreciating many of the aspects in the picture! Thank you Daniel Cadieux for liking the action captured here. And here is one more in this series of shots http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...matian-Pelican
