Beautiful scene. I love the lenticular clouds that we get here in Colorado, on the lea side of the mountains and it's fun to see them elsewhere. I like the longer landscape aspect ratio for this subject. I think your choice of Contrast is perfect for this scene and I like seeing a bright spot on the water where the sun's coming through.
I hope that you have a nice, big file, because this belongs on a wall at about 60" on the long side!
Hi Norm, a nicely framed scene...I would open up the shadowed area of the terrain on the right side and perhaps darken the rest of the mountain range slightly.
I like this a lot as posted, Norm!
I think it would work well in monochrome too...
