This snow bunting was photographed on the North Shore of Lake Superior, (Minnesota side), during this year's fall migration. Seed was used as an attractant. This was the first time that I tried using seed to aid in holding this species in a certain area. The results were encouraging. Canon7d, Sigma50/500os, iso800, 1/160, f8, cropped, selective NR to the bg, selective USM to the perch and subject. Comments and critiques welcome. Also, if anyone can tell me if this is a female or male I would appreciate it.
Regards,
Shawn Zierman.
