    20D, 400DO + stacked 1.4x and 2x TCs, f6.3, 1/200s, ISO 1600, -2/3 EC, Eval Mtr, tripod mount.

    Hi Steve,

    I like the composition and light. I wish the BG had a little more blur to it.

    Hi Steve! BG is a bit distracting, but love the reflections in the water. Good control of noise with your 20D at ISO 1600. Sharpness is likewise good considering the stacked TCs. PS3 is a worthwhile investment for any serious bird photographer, but the latest version of Elements isn't half bad.

    One sharp image stacking !!!! Like your long lens technique !!!

    Would place a bit more to the left of the frame and try blurring the bg a little more. Do be careful so it looks natural. Did you make an image with him swimming like a duck? Haven't seen that !!!

    Steve, thanks so much for showing this guy swimming. I've never seen that before.
    The background is really beautiful but does take away from the bird a bit.

    I like the image! the reflections in the water. also wish the background was blurred out too!
