Long-tailed sylphs are spectacularly beautiful hummingbirds. Adults may have tails nearly a foot long. They can be difficult to capture with multiple flash because it is hard to fit them into the frame!

Looks like I've got to add Ecuador to the list! Nice capture Linda. While the BG delineates the hummer nicely, it looks a little too subdued for what I imagine is a rain forest setting. Perhaps a BG with a little more green in it?
A real jewel, I would only like to see the face and bill, but is fine. Just seeing this tail pays for the rest. The BG is very nice but I agree at some point with Doug. I guess I know how hard is to capture this guys.
