Default Weekly Theme: Color & Light

Greetings. I have so much to be thankful for... beauty in color and light, the capability of capturing it, processing it, and sharing it, family and friends to share it with, friends here at BPN to share and improve with...

Wow. Nice job on this all the way around. I really like the diagonals, the Simplify treatment, the colors, and the way the color increases left to right. Good show.

Very well done! Love the glowing effect of the reddish flowers and how the seem to leap above the deeper colored bkgd and almost dance across the image. Great composition with the off set diagonals leading back into some distant point beyond the image and the reddish flowers playing across the image more horizontally. Wonderful interplay of colors and light.

Outstanding all around - a wonderful play of light and dark tones, colors, and diagonals that flow through the image. Well done!

Absolutely beautiful, Michael. I can see a row of Impressionist painters lined up at the field creating something just like this

Congratulations on winning. I somehow missed this excellent photo. Love the colors. Great diagonal lines. Lovely processing. Just right.
