    What a lovely bird. The colors of the bird are gorgeous and the background colors works well as a backdrop. You have a nice landing pose here and your composition works quite well.

    great pose showing off the rich colours of the plumage.
    Composition wise I feel this image is somewhat in a vacuum and needs more space or something else in the frame to give a sense of place

    Beautiful bird, nice and sharp. I agree that a bit more space for the comp would be nice, and too bad the wing is not fully up. Still a tough image to get, you did well.
