Hi Tom. Interesting bird, but difficult to critique because of the small image size. Do you have a larger version that you can link to? As presented, the bird is a little tight in the frame, and I would try to lighten the eye a bit. I'm not too keen on the horizontal blade of grass cutting across the legs of the bird.
