    Hey Thomas, You have an attractive little wren here, Nice sharpness on the birds eye and face. I like the head angle as she is looking at you and nice catch light in the eye. I feel the perch is hurting the capture and it would be much stronger if perched on an twig, or a tree branch. I may have stopped down a little so the tail was more in focus, or the transition was a little less. exposure on the bird looks good.

    You got some very nice details on the face and the visible erect tail really gives this bird its typically wren personality. The brighter part of the BG gives some nice separation for the bill. The weak link of the image is the perch, which is too flat and obstructs much of the bird from the bird's distance to its edge.
