This will be my last post before we set off on our 2-week family safari to Etosha and the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park.
This photo was taken in the Kgalagadi in March 2012. Word is that there are once again a number of cheetahs (some females with cubs too) active in the Auob riverbed, which should make for exciting viewing.

See you all in middle December! Keep posting those great images!

Superb Cheetah image Morkel, Love the way you have cropped, the light is nice, neat HA, and the cheetah pops against the OOF FG & BG. TFS.

    Beautiful cheetah Morkel. Great eyes.
Stands out well against a blurred background.
    Enjoy the road trip

Not much to add, the colour contrast works well in the image.

To my eye, the reds/yellows could do with some toning down.

BTW, there is no colour profile attached to the image.

Hi Morkel - enjoy the family safari. The cheetah image is very nice but I thought there was a slight yellow cast. I imported it into PS and there's no color profile embedded. Once one is, the color looks fine.

    Rachel
